I. Rental Options & Fees

Option 1 – Private Party Group Rate (INCLUDES BOWLING)

 

Large Group Rate (10 or more people)

Small Group Rate (9 or less people)

$50   Non-member Rate

$35   Member Rate

*Includes bowling for up to 3 hours

*Additional time: $25 per hour

 

Option 2 – Private Party Group Space Rental Only (NO BOWLING)

*Additional time: $25 per hour

 

Option 3 – Walk‑In Group; Standard Prices Apply

 

• No reservation required

• No hall rental fee

• $3 per person per game – No discounts or group pricing for walk-ins

• Facility is not secured for your party – Bowling is open to the public

• Groups must inform the Club at least 2 days ahead of time so we can be properly staffed.

 

II. Food & Beverage Policy

• Pizza, Pop‑Tarts, beef sticks, and snacks are available for purchase at the Club.

• Outside food is allowed.

• No outside beverages may be brought in. All drinks must be purchased from the Club.

 

III. Cleanup Requirements

The renting party agrees to:

• Clean up all trash and place it in designated bins

• Wipe down tables and surfaces used

• Return furniture to its original arrangement

• Sweep floor

IV. Liability Agreement

• The renting party (“Renter”) agrees to the following:

• Renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all guests.

• The Club is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property occurring during the rental period.

• Renter agrees to cover the cost of any damage to Club property caused by the renter or their guests.

• Renter agrees to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

V. Reservation & Payment

• Payment is due at the start of the rental period unless otherwise arranged.

• Reservations are confirmed only when approved by Club staff or board members.

• The Club reserves the right to deny or cancel rentals for safety or policy reasons.
